WILDLIFE HABITAT FOR HOMEOWNERS - June 22, 1-3 PM - Help our native critters, the Bay, and your wallet by learning how to provide wildlife’s four basic needs while creating a landscape that requires less mowing, fertilizing, and pesticides. This program is for Adults. $3 ($2 Members).
GREAT AMERICAN BACKYARD CAMP-OUT - June 22 at 6 PM until June 23 at 9 AM - This special event is part of National Wildlife Federation’s “Be Out There” campaign. Bring your own tent and camping gear, and we’ll provide the night hike, campfire, and s’mores. Be on time to set up your tent and bring you own bag dinner. Fee is per tent. $10 ($8 Members).
PAPER WASP PAPER - June 29 and 30, 2-4 PM - Paper wasps are building nests. Learn about these fascinating insects and make your own natural paper. $3 ($2 Members)
BALTIMORE COUNTY NATURE QUEST - Pick up your Nature Quest Passport booklet online here, at participating parks, or at your local Wegmans grocery store. Passports will direct participants to hiking, biking, and canoeing opportunities at the County’s nature sites, where questers can record their visit in the Passport. Prizes will be given. See the passport for details.

Hours
The Nature Center is open from 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Sunday.
We are closed on Mondays. The park grounds are open dawn to dusk everyday.
